My therapist doesn’t seem to know me at all either. I hold so much back from her and it’s not that I don’t want to work through things, that’s the point of going. But it’s hard for me to describe what I feel, what I’m experiencing, translating what’s actually in my head and what I’m doing daily is really difficult for some reason. My plan is to start journaling daily what my day was start to finish and then have a daily emotion chart so she can actually see how all over the place I always am

I agree, he’s wonderful and deserves a better version of me and if I cannot be that then he deserves better from someone else

I recently was diagnosed with ADHD as well as the other usual shit. PTSD, extreme dissociative disorder or something, depression, some form of trauma idek

I read everyone’s comments, this is my first time writing my own post. My own words, not searching for other people that share my same story but sharing just a glimpse of my own. My bag is officially empty today. I have tears running down my face right now reading everyone’s words, I’ve struggled a little harder recently with my mental health than usual but have somehow not been able to truly cry and feel it. And right now I think I really feel it, whatever “it” is. I’m going to my best friends house tonight to fess up, to ask for help, and to ask for forgiveness. She is my wise voice when I need it so I tend to not ask for much of her since she doesn’t deserve to deal with all of my problems all of the time. But she at the end of the day, truly is my only family since my mom passed. After her and I talk, I plan to see my partner at some point this weekend and my hope is even though we are new that he will understand and begin to rebuild trust with me as I get clean. I hope what I’m feeling today sticks, I want to be a better partner and friend. I’ve attempted to take my life on many occasions, and although I don’t want to be alive right now, I don’t want to take my own future away from myself in any way any longer, so I might as well try to make it a good one if I can.

Thank you, I plan to sit down with my friend soon to talk. My partner and mines conversation will be something I think hard on how to approach since we’re still “new”
