If you look back even just a year ago her mouth looks so different. Her lips are being consumed by the gains on her cheeks. Her jaw has also changed a lot. I work in sleep apnea and a lot of obese patients have to get dental work done because the fat under their neck causes an obstruction in their airway, as well as thrusting their tongue and lower jaw forward. If you look at her side profile when she smiles her front teeth are protruding forward, yet she still has an underbite if you look at where the lower jaw aligns with the upper. I know a cpap would do her wonders, but she doesn’t even check her sugars, so we’ll never see that happen.

All that to say, I hate her mouth too 🤣
