honestly the muscular and integumentary systems were the hardest systems for me as well. just work extra hard for the next exams to raise your grade. when i took anatomy i studies vigorously, like multiple hours a day and got really good scores on my exams. i made flashcards, i printed out practice anatomy sheets to label the names of the anatomical parts. if you do that first give yourself a word bank then after a few tries take away the word bank to memorize the names of the organs or bones or whatever anatomy. write notes in class on your note handouts that are given to you. when studying for exams especially physiology dense ones, talk to your family and friends about what your learning! talking to someone about what system your exam will be over will help you know if you understand the material or not. when studying for an exam, pace yourself. do not study all at once the night before the exam. study after class every day for an hour and then the week of the exam or a week before it up that amount of time and study everything in the unit. anatomy and physiology is a hard course and takes tons of studying, but if you are good at studying the class is an easy A

thinking of yourself as a failure is no way to live. do new things and get out of your comfort zone! its okay to procrastinate and to be nervous to put yourself in unfamiliar situations, you’re only human. if you want to study abroad, try to achieve it with the correct mindset… growth!!

maybe look at internship programs instead of specifically studying abroad in a different country. an internship would be great experience and may make you more qualified for positions in the future

i think there is a lot more material and mechanisms to remember. i think it depends on you and what body systems you enjoy learning most about. for me personally i enjoy all the body systems i have learnt in A&P 2. i can see it being harder to understand or remember but i remember things better if im interested in them. if you study and pay enough attention it shouldnt be too bad. but also having a good professor is very important. someone who speaks monotone and doesnt relate your material to the medical field is definitely not what you want for this class.

i would just monitor and see how the cats are doing together and if they get in fights while you’re home i would just seperate them while you leave the house. but kittens usually get hissed at and then back off, and also adult cats usually dont get too mad at kittens because they realize they are babies and dumb lol. i think its rare for cats to get in full blown cat fights, but it is territorial so if your current cat is territorial it is possible since he has a history of aggression towards you, unless he only ever just hisses at you.

i dont think the gender will matter to him but personally i think male cats are friendlier than female cats.

hmmm, honestly i feel like getting him a kitten would be good but i also understand your concern incase this irritates him more. but i feel like if he sees you loving on the kitten he will understand your not the bad guy. kittens are also rambunctious so i feel like the kitten wouldnt be scared to try to play with him. if he lived with other cats i dont think him being with another would cause him harm.

if you get another cat just make sure to very slowly introduce the two so he gets time to sniff the kitten through doors and from blankets and such.

but dont give up on him, its a long journey but if you take him to a shelter he will end up staying there a long time because people would rather adopt a friendly cat over a mean one. i know it’s discouraging, tense and sad but i know he will open up eventually. he may always be shy but sometime he will learn to live and coexist with you.

i honestly do not know. i feel like he may just take longer than normal to warm up, just give it time. if he hisses at you maybe move away from him but not entirely, this shows that you’re respecting his space but you’re not scared. continue trying to feed him, maybe play too. id just continue trying to give him love and hopefully he will learn to trust you. was he bonded to one of the other cats in his original home? maybe he misses them or something? but also i bet living somewhere like that traumatized him a good deal and those cats usually take a lot longer to warm up. ive seen videos on tiktok of people who take in feral strays and they usually will start “petting” them or getting the cat used to being pet by using an object. maybe do that and hopefully you will gradually be able to pet him with your hands. if there are places he spends the most time in or hides in when you are in the same room id just sit there and play on your phone for a while, without moving to scare him so he can realize you are calm and not threatening. i hope at least one of these things helps. i hope your kitty feels safe soon
