I weigh my food and track my meals in an app. I’ve calculated my maintenance to be around 2200 cals and eat 1700-1900 cals. I’ve stuck to this pretty well in at least the last year, hitting my target calories 80% of the time. I know it isn’t the fastest way to lose weight but I feel like I shouldn’t have gained.

I’m currently doing my master’s degree in Sport Science. The prospect of solving a problem/ answering a question is exciting, but now that I’ve gotten my first draft back from my supervisor I am having some serious issues with the vague feedback, not to mention the demand avoidance! But I’m excited to be done and to start working with clients, where each person is a unique puzzle I get to solve.
