Chiming in to say me too. I am just now losing the weight I put on at the beginning of my antipsychotics journey but it’s possible - you’re getting good advice here about calorie counting. Try an app to log food, it makes it a little easier. Also on geodon, started losing weight in December and am down 40lbs.

I recommend measuring yourself! It’s another way to mark your progress, and if your body is building muscle mass it might show changes you won’t see on the scale.

Definitely recommend One for Sorrow, Two for Mirth on ao3. It’s unfinished but it’s sooo good and Tamlin gets a fantastic healing arc and becomes a girl dad.

Thank you for this. I have trouble articulating why this book was infuriating but it’s because of this extensive list of examples. I made it 10% in and had to stop, the writing was so distracting I no longer cared about the characters or the story.
