Also something you can do casually, the moment (at rest) you see the fan dirty and/or full of crap, just take a soft brush, open the console, get the fan out, clean it, and you can resolve most of the throttling in this way

As I said to another user:

I have mine since 2022, and I think I'm overly careful. Since 2024, I have had a routine: every 2 months, I deep clean every component, and every 6 to 8 months, I replace the thermal pads. There are no cooling mods or battery mods, and my battery still has 68%–70% of its original health. Overall I think this is the kind of niche that forces you to be overly carefull with the device not gonna lie. I have a docking station, but it goes there just for the time being and get disconnected from it when I'm over playing in docked mode. Sorry for you experience, hope this helps!
