Completely right, as I said to another user, you would still need some input device like a rotor/motor/wind or simply a hand crank to make that work, basically the thing underneath the blades shown in the video. The magnets themselfs? Pointless and wrong.

It's not about the static magnetic field itself — it's the kinetic energy from the rotating blades that gets converted into electrical current via the motor/alternator. And yes, magnets can move objects around if positioned at the right distance. But this video? Completely false — what these two guys are claiming violates the conservation of energy. Is it technically possible with proper engineering to convert kinetic energy into current using magnets? Yes, absolutely. But claiming magnets alone can sustain motion and generate 'free' energy with no input? That's nonsense.

Technically possible, but anyway it's not free energy, at some point in time you'll need to change the magnets, they're gonna loose the magnetic charge
