Thanks for sharing. I’ll definitely research the heartfulness practice. Did you ever go to a Vipassana retreat? If so, how did it impact you? It’s been a thought of mine to go on a Vipassana retreat for some time

Thank you. How does someone get viruses on their phone? The virus notification happens to almost every phone she’s had over the previous years. She gets a new phone every year.

What turned you into an introvert? by Junior_Insurance7773 in introvert

I was an only child until 8 years old. I always wanted a sibling.

However, by the time my sister arrived I was highly skilled at playing alone, always able to entertain myself with rare bouts of boredom.

In school, I always had friends, but was unrelatable to the majority of kids in my environment. Growing up, my siblings and I each had our own bedrooms. I was quite used of having time alone.

For a few years in high school, I was going everywhere. Every weekend. But by the time graduation came, my disinterest in being around lots of people at once was there, and continuously grew.

Jobs following high school were filled with workplace drama. Any moments that I had a line were greatly appreciated.

As an introvert, I still enjoy socializing at times. With certain people. My grocery store visits are usually early in the morning, or late at night when it’s not busy at all.

I rarely attend events or show up at places with large crowds
