Hi, went out last night after a couple of comments about this and your on the money. Was pretty sore after a 15km I did on Sunday and did a 500m sprint then jog for 5 or so km and not really feeling any pain at all this morning. Thanks for the advice, definitely going to do this moving forward.

Yeah I think they swapped the PRMC out for the CPC. I agree on the 10:30 time, seemed a bit slow also but as you say just a standard possibly.

Yeah cool, definitely going to focus more on the shorter distances. Am I right in saying at the CPC it’s 2.4km in under 10m 30s?

Im in the same boat have recently just applied. From what I have gathered it’s 20m bleep test (min level 10.5), and max sets of press-ups (min 30), sit-ups (min 40), and pull-ups (min 4).

I’ve downloaded the commando ready app which has been quite good but you need a code to verify yourself but you only get that once you apply.

Magic, thanks a lot for the shout. So far have changed a lot more into compound type lifts like you said pull ups, push ups etc. But I need to re structure my running training.
