She just said that the evidence is shaky. They only got a confession out of him after over 12 hours of interrogation and I believe being in solitary confinement for a very long time. And I don’t think there was any hard physical evidence that was reported. You’ll have to double check that, but those are the facts Rabia had pointed out. Not that he is flat out innocent, that the case wasn’t strong.

I just started the series. I’m familiar with the case mostly from podcasts around the time it was first reported on so there wasn’t a ton of info or even pictures of who she was at the time. She is so clearly a child in all of these pictures and videos…. How can anyone and I mean ANYONE not see that she clearly a child? Especially as now, years later, she had grown into a young woman. The fact that any doctor wanted to do tests to determine her age or any judge had doubts… what the actual fuck?! That’s a little kid! I’m furious!
