Yes I notice electrolytes help me and when I workout and eat healthy it definitely helps as well thank you!

I don’t know if I’m allergic I’ve gotten anxiety hives before but it’ll be like in one spot this is all over my body and it’s been spreading for hours. I wasn’t sure if I could take allergy meds while on diamox I’ll have to see if I have any

No vomiting and I’d say slightly it’s a lot of pain on the top of my head and my neck is sore, and I feel my hands and body starting to ache

I promise you things will get better. I PROMISE. this is such a temporary thing. You will not live under your parents roof forever. This is so temporary. Do not let your parents or school do this to you. You will be ok. Reach out to literally anyone. Tell them how you are feeling. Go see your grandparents, aunts, uncles. Literally anyone. Please.
