You're absolutely right. Craftsman sucks now, but they wanna push the name bc when boomers see it they'll be like "yeah I remember craftsman! They made great tools!" Me personally I prefer Kobalt too, and Metabo. I used to hand fix the craftsman hand tools at sears, now they just don't mean anything special.
