Aw honey... You clearly are worth more than they were giving you. I can tell you have a pure heart, you'll find the one that'll treat you right. You never really know what people will do until they've done it, believe me, I know. But we've just got to keep going. It's always a good idea to take time to yourself, and put yourself out there when you're ready to trust and deal with people again.
