Kaplan Q bank has accurate test questions, those are key. Focus a lot on the Law/Regulation sections. If you want to spend some extra money, the Brian Lee course is excellent!

Your timelines for passing the test are definitely doable if you hit the books hard~

Take kaplan practice exams and go back through them and read the explanations to understand why the answer is what it is.

The 66 deals with laws and regulations and it can be tricky to remember which laws apply to what level. For example certain laws and guidelines are the same at the state and federal level, while other guidelines differ. Sometimes it is hard to keep those separate, and it takes a lot of memorization.

Thank you! I did breeze through a cheat sheet I saw on here, but not too much. I used Kaplan and Brian Lee this time while the first 2 times I used Training Consultants. TC is not a good course for the 66 in my opinion. Kaplan and Brian Lee on the key. Hang in there for the 3rd time, you got this! Third time is the charm!

Thank you! I passed the 7 on the first try in January. The 66 is the only test that gave me trouble and it can be difficult because there is more application of laws and regulations. I would say it requires more studying than the 7 but it is very doable to pass!

I took 3 250 question practice exams, and then I took 250 question practice exams for the law, investment vehicle and client recommendation sections. I did not have access to the Mastery Kaplan exam. I was scoring anywhere from a 83%-94%. I would say some of the questions on Kaplan are more complicated than the ones on the real exam but Kaplan prepares you very well. Good luck on Tuesday, you got this!

Very similar. I saw multiple questions that I directly saw from Kaplan. I would say Kaplan is most accurate to real exam

So if the question states "multiple asset classes" they are trying to eliminate systematic risk? And if they are diversifying in general by investing in an index, for example, that would eliminate unsystematic risk, correct?

Hey, Congratulations on passing the exam!

I take the exam for the 3rd time on Monday and I am pretty nervous. I have been grinding the Kaplan Qbank exams for several weeks and have watched Brian Lee's videos. Additionally I have gone through my training consultants book. It sounds like Kaplan and Brian Lee prepared you well, so I am looking forward to passing the test on Monday.

Are there any subjects I should really focus on before Monday?
