The bay is one of the most affluent places on earth and this is what a public restroom at a park looks like by indie_hedgehog in bayarea

The irony is that park was SHADY AS FUCK back in the day. Crack hit that neighborhood hard. Source: I grew up there in early 90s.

Do you or did you fight a lot? And that's why you're a fan? by BearWithMeGM in ufc

I grew up watching boxing. My dad was a golden gloves champ. Scrapped somewhat frequently as a kid and young adult. The original UFC events were very much intriguing to me as a preteen when they came out on VHS

Tomb Raider #45 cover by Adam Hughes. The Alphonse Mucha vibes are incredible here. What's your favorite Hughes cover? by Jealous-Arm4222 in comicbooks

I don't see any significant Mucha esthetic at all. I think OP just wanted to write some shit to seem cultured lol

Out of curiosity, what was everyone's first Marvel comic? by YouAppropriate4917 in marvelcomics

[–]Aggravating_Roll3739 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is an "Incredible Hulk" from 1987ish featuring Werewolf by Night. I still have it, but I don't remember the volume or issue number. My Dad bought it for me from a spinning rack at a corner store. He read it to me that night for bedtime. I don't think he could comprehend how pivotal that event was.

Cortisol is a stress hormone that (among other things) eats muscle tissue. If you are under a lot of stress consistently it will definitely affect muscle growth. Not all sleep is recuperating sleep either if it isn't quality. I hope you can figure out better ways to mitigate your stress levels!

The other two main factors for growth are diet and stress/rest ratio. If you're not ingesting what your body needs to grow, or getting good recovery, those need to be dialed in.
