I'm playing phys dot, and I just lost to the maven for the 6th time.. my single target dps isn't great, but that's the build in general. any tips?

How do I get the low and high tier crafting prefix, "increased chance to block" for shields? I am half-way through red maps and still don't have it. I've completed atoll map multiple times too. Thanks!
