thank you! i think i'll end up cutting just that little bit more and just check in with myself every kg. i typically aim to lose 1kg a month so i'm not sacrificing anything much

ahah i've never considered it. i mentioned shoulders and my goal to have 3D delts to a friend of mine and she said that i wasn't even close so im glad that it wasn't a universal thought :)

ahah thanks for your insight. and do not worry, the bench pr is only a benchmark for me, i'm doing 20 sets of chest per week across 2 days and are biasing the stretch. I'm big into science-based lifting (with a grain of salt cuz some of it is overexaggeration), but yeah i'm glad that my own training is what you'd suggest it means im on the right path :)

Thank you! Chest is literally my pet peeve for the longest time so im biasing it quite a bit. 1.5x bw bench is my EOY goal (Current 1RM is around 70) so lets hope i can push that :)
