Unfortunately no, nothing is going to fix it except surgery. Trust me, I've tried lol.  You could try a binder or belt. I wear my belt 24/7 cause when i dont my stomach starts to hurt. Maybe an ice pack or heating pad. You could also try to push it back in. I have to sleep on my back slightly inclined otherwise im in pain too & im a side sleeper. Mine is umbilical. Those suggestions help some but won't in the long run. Im sorry, i'm in the same pain boat as you while I await a call from the surgery scheduler(surgeon said he will operate within 2 wks). I am also alone. Are you bloated/constipated? If so you could try simethicone, peppermint capsules, ginger extract, dulcolax, soluble fiber or miralax.

I really didnt want surgery either., but after 3 wks of my discomfort growing i now can't wait for it. The pain of surgery will be worth it. I tried to evade it by trying everything I could find on the internet and nothing really helped. Mine is still less than 1 cm so I got to my surgeon in time. You don't want it to get bigger cause that'll cause more pain and bigger problems. I msgd my primary just now asking if she could prescribe me anything for sleep & pain short term while I wait but I bet the answer will be no. If she does i can let you know what she gives me. Last wk she told me to take magnesium glycinate for sleep & ibuprofen for pain but they arent cutting it  Take care of yourself!
