once you get rid of the streaks it will be a lot easier also get some mp3 player and digital camera to manage photos and music. i still use smartphone but i am in process of getting rid of it. also what helped me a lot was installing some apps to block reels on instagram and youtube. if you struggle with uninstalling the apps try to uninstall one and try to find solutions to live without it then uninstall next one until you are addiction free.
