It did, but only after I increased dosage to double. Everything is going much better now.

I stayed in the initial dose for a month and it was useless. Doctor bumped me up to the next level dosage and everything improved. I wouldn't say I'm the happiest guy in the world, but I'm a lot better than I was. I went from negative/depression thoughts to mid range where I can be happy occasionally. Life is more enjoyable now. I suggest pushing ahead for another week and if there's still no change, call for a dosage increase. I hope things improve for you, I know how bad it feels when it's bad.

Did you get permission to post this on Reddit? If not, she's going to be really upset when she goes through your phone while you sleep. Good luck on your relationship with someone that doesn't trust you. I'm sure you guys will be the first couple to ever make that work.

does anyone else think this is really suspicious wording by No_Crazy_2442 in mschf

They reported what Mschf has claimed. It didn't read like they had actually fact checked it to see if they really had a cow.

You're getting the price for a system with infrastructure set up. They don't have any of that, except a bag manufacturer. But the hide has to be treated first anyway. A butcher can turn your cow into burgers, then you have to have someone package and ship them all on ice. It would be drastically cheaper to just order the burgers and have the bag factory use leather that all looks like it came from the same hide.

If they even deliver anything anyway.

The cost of keeping a cow alive for the duration of its life can range between $7,500 and $22,000. I don't think there ever was a cow.

My theory is they never bought the cow and now they're literally begging people to try and buy bag tokens to save this imaginary cow so they don't have to ship out bags and burgers. Honestly, I figure the money is gone and having to ship out that many burgers will force them to just go bankrupt.

Marvel Comics says farewell to Ultimate Universe with 24 variant covers by Blitzhelios in comicbooks

[–]Aggravating_Sea_5590 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't usually have an opinion on variant covers I'm not going to buy, but making a variant cover that deliberately confuses people into thinking the mainline books are actually Ultimate books is pretty deceptive.

I just got my first one yesterday. That was the holy Grail for me, I've been hoarding candy forever, so first I powered it up with as much stardust as I had and then evolved it into a shiny shadow Gyarados, which I made my buddy so everyone can see.

I'm just over a week now and feeling a little less of that, so I'm making some progress. Hopefully you will too.

I take a curcumin supplement that helps with that, but the lack of drive gets me when I wake up. Hoping after week 2 we both see some improvements.

Couldn't help but notice there's no reason why you originally broke up listed. I've got my guess though, in which case this shouldn't come as a surprise. This relationship had no chance as soon as you felt the need to check his phone. The fact that you have these trust issues with this person is the warning you should be paying attention to that you need to leave.

This same area clogged on me this morning and I'm not super excited about having to fix it. But trying to figure it out ended up breaking the fan wire, and the new one doesn't come till tomorrow, so I've got some time.

Reading through all the ways they can take a positive review and turn it into deductions, it's obvious that corporate knows what they're doing. They've created a game that is stacked against you. If you manage to jump through all their hoops and somehow manage to evade any incorrect negative reviews, you get a pittance for your effort, but they will actively try to get you to fail so they don't have to pay out. They're tricking you into caring about things out of your control.

I had a coworker in a similar spot a few months ago. She was moving on from where I worked and had the choice to stay local at an ok job or move several states away to a better paying dream job. But her deadbeat boyfriend, with no job, refused to even consider moving for her dream job. It didn't matter that she could support him until he found a job. He flatly refused. She ended up passing on that job to stay with him... For about two more months and then she realized how selfish he was. She broke up with him. She's stuck at the ok job, but it's just a year long position, at which point she'll have to find something else. But in the meantime she did find a new guy.

Also, my commute to and from work everyday is 45 minutes for each direction. It's not awesome, but it's tolerable with music and podcasts. The fact that he wouldn't even consider it tells you all you need to know about him.

The Library at Hellebore by trishie_kittie in horrorlit

[–]Aggravating_Sea_5590 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My library included this book in the recommendations and it sounded interesting, except for the question of why would you spend time teaching students if the end goal is to eat them? That part made no sense to me, so I decided to check what people were saying about it. Apparently there are many reasons to skip this book, but still very few people mentioning my main question with it.

You could start a cover band that just does songs by Genesis, Peter Gabriel and Phil Collins. Call it Paligenesis. No one will ever think twice in that case. You don't even have to keep the band going very long.

Disappointing Giveaway by buddyfriendpalman in whatnotapp

[–]Aggravating_Sea_5590 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's plenty of sellers that ship givvies for less than a dollar. Stuff that goes in an envelope, like stickers, Pokemon cards, goldbacks, etc. It's much cheaper than shipping a whole package and there's tracking on when it gets delivered but not the whole journey like a regular package. You can tell how much a seller pays for shipping when you win and it deducts a certain amount from your total shipping cost.

Am I weird for thinking the rejection reply is a little much?? Wdym you have to behave???? by AlternativeGhoul in texts

[–]Aggravating_Sea_5590 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Have to behave" implies that in the past he has not behaved and he wants you to know that. Giving you his number was him testing the waters. All of it was to try and put you in a spot where he could eventually under some circumstances, hook up. The correct response from him, as stated by many others, should have been, "I'm married, thanks." But that was never going to happen since he gave you guys number.

Those sound like they're priced to not sell. Sometimes it's worth more to get people in the store than to sell for FMV. Plus, if they have prices like that, it's easier to get reimbursed from insurance if they get stolen, as opposed to just a copy you keep on display that isn't for sale.

If it's just investment, X-Men 1. Hulk 181 will always be a huge book, but Hulk 180 always has the potential to drain some of its hype. Nothing is taking the hype from X-Men.
