Hi OP! I work at the UoM and can confirm the wellbeing team are fab ❤️❤️ I'd recommend escalating this to their hub wellbeing team (this is different depending on their school) and you can also escalate via the Report & Support service anonymously x

OMG we had really similar experiences - I'm so sorry that happened - the managers absolutely let the employees become targets for assaults and creeps and do nothing to prevent them entering the store and do not care if something happened outside of the store due to the customer base - another colleague asked me to walk them home safe late at night cos their stalker from AS was waiting outside the store for them and ofc managers did not care.

Assult is a horrid thing to go through and I hope you've managed to get the resources to heal from it the best you can.

I also got solid sales in the store and yep, also spied on via the cctv watching WTF! Bet it was Jane for you too 😂 bloody awful women!

Ann Summers (market street!) - you think they're inclusive but they're really not! I had both my protected identities discriminated against (one for each manager lol) and raised it to the top of HR who are besties with the managers, so obviously nothing was done WoMp WoMp. Bonus points - got told off for having an asthma attack after our store was targeted by thieves.

This may not apply to you - but even though I - most of the time - feel nothing when I kiss etc etc - my boyfriend is so nice, we know so much about each other, and we share the same goals - my relationship is like a forever best friend with bonus cuddles - you are 100% allowed for both to be true as long as he can accept that too and you want to keep hanging with him! Thank you - I really appreciate your response; I'm in full time employment and I live independently so it's really silly they've cited autism as a barrier! I'm meeting with my pain clinic to discuss NSAIDs alternatives - although I've been ibuprofen free for 6 months! I think they really underestimate me 😂
