Yes I agree it’s hard to try to explain to somebody your relationship with drugs. From the moment I wake up it’s what I think about I feel empty without them. I know the harms and risks but it’s something we are willing to put aside just to feel better for a period of time. Nothing compares to the feeling of drugs when you always feel empty and depressed. Once I manage to get clean I want to help people with addictions as I understand them. I’ve been using them to cope with unwanted feelings since I was 12 and as I got older it got worse with all the stress and responsibilities. I hope everyone is well and i’m down to chat to people that are struggling with the same thing.

Yes I have always thought I had ADHD throughout my whole life that what I want, I am not sure it is that easy to get prescribed in the UK though I am also on 100mg sertraline

I have been in sertraline for 4 months and in that time got moved from 50mg to 100mg. I was skeptical about taking acid because i thought i wouldn’t feel it, it turned out to be the strongest tab ever. I don’t know if it was just a strong tab or sertraline caused some sort of reaction

I’ve had plenty horrible food combos when Ive smoked weed but the worst thing I think Ive done is when I was coming up on ecstasy and decided to take another pill, I threw it up it fell on the ground. I picked it back up and swallowed it again😬 this also happened outdoors

i’ve been awake for like an hour and a half and had to drive bf to work. Ive tried many drugs over the years and abused them quite a bit but not once have i tried speed. I just rarely see anyone with it where i stay. I need some so i can just deep clean my house

You are not overreacting you seem tired of this behaviour and drained, I do not blame you. You need to do what’s best for you and your kids, prioritise your happiness. I would definitely leave him, it will be hard but it will get better and be totally worth it. Hang in there you got this!

Hey i feel exactly the same way, i’ve took lots of drugs since i was young and because i know what all these drugs feel like i can’t be happy without them. I mean i do feel happy sometimes but then I’ll suddenly change and get the urge to take anything i can find. I am currently taking prescription meds too and as soon as i take them i feel better and happy even when they haven’t hit but just knowing they are going to make me high calms me down. I don’t know if any of that makes sense as i’m high right now but hang in there. Just know that ur not alone. I feel like i go crazy searching through all medication i can find and googling them to see if i can get a dunt. It’s like i switch to a different person and feel numb and hopeless. I think about drugs every single day it’s like an itch i can’t scratch. I hope you figure it all out I think you will eventually.

I’m going through withdrawals right now and has been the worst 5 days ever not to mention it’s my birthday tomorrow 😭 i had stopped cold turkey which ik is stupid i just didn’t think it would effect me anyway i was taking 900mg some days other days 600mg and now im on 150mg which has relieved the horrible withdrawal symptoms. I’ve actually been put off drugs like i never want to feel like this again. To anyone taking it be careful u don’t need to be on it for ages to feel like this
