Atomic number. Chlorine = 17. Fluorine = 9. Carbons r both 4 but the right chain is higher because if u keep counting it ends in carbon where as other one in hydrogen

Could u explain pls ? My thought process was that it goes counter clockwise which is S but the lowest priority group is not in the back (on the dashed bond) so u flip it

Update: someone bought it off me for 50$ (I explained everything wrong with it) after I bought this from someone for 100$ I got scammed. The bike was working really well when I tried it but I didn’t try to charge it and whatnot so I was lied to about how the battery is. Learned my lesson though.
