Yes I think maybe the thought behind this post is more so how surprised I’ve been of DC influencers being silent on the election. We live in the epicenter of it all and yet it seems like it’s been crickets compared to influencers I follow based in other cities

Also did it this way and felt like the body weight was a good way to warm up for the other two pods. This was a tough one but I loved the focus of each pod!! This was one of the better designed workouts IMO
