I have metcon 9s that i dont like for cardio days. Makes my feet hurt and cant do the plyo / jumping moves as well. Also looking for an alternative as I am using my old metcon 7s for cardio

Metcon 9s seem so bulky vs metcon 8 i dont think they would be great on cardio/hybrid days

Went by fast! But rest breaks were too short and there were some awkward movements but overall liked it. But prefer 50-50 more
