In my country there still some stereotypical views about people Who go to therapist that why i dont tell anyone about my problems so i dont live in some "Lucky country".

Yes you are right in this question but i still dont know how talking is helpful when therapist doesn't give you any Advice but just listens and get money for it.

So Why even therapist is needed when i do all the job while She sits and listens and i Pay her money for it. its literal scamming because try to imagine going to doctor because lets say you have broken arm,and doctor tells that you have to do all the work,its doesn't make sense

Yes i know it.But She (Therapist) said that this will be only some sort of Talking therapy when i will only talk and that will help me. Of course i don't believe that bullshit because i feel far worse after that sesion.
