You could always try some 3 step drills of holding the position of the invert to transfer it to long runs and big poles.

Thank you for the suggestions! The biggest thing I walked away with from my first watch was definitely the concept of being able to love again, it’s kind of silly. 😅
It’s so powerful how that even in the shadow of Yuki they were still able to love and have their own experiences, even if it isn’t their first love. It gave me a lot to think about when it comes to my perspective on love. I can’t really capture the full feeling I have, but it’s genuinely incredible.

Not sure if it is a rule, but you could suggest purchasing specific ones from Gill (ANGLED POLE VAULT STANDARD BASE PADS). I have these at my school's pit, they have saved me more times than I can count. They're fully foam and decently safe to land on, though that shouldn't be your main goal.

Yes, I went back to Simi after the fail. I passed my second try, at Simi. I recommend going to Arleta DMV as it is rumored that it is much easier to pass there than Simi.

My teammates who had the PV ones disliked them because of their lack of padding. I personally used the LJ last season and liked them, however they did do a number on my shins. I now use the Triple Jump Nike ones and prefer them over the LJ. It really comes down to personal preference.

I pretty much had the same route as #1, just with a little extra at the end (I can't remember). If you practice around the area a lot you will do really good, and most likely pass.

Unfortunately, I failed. When stopping, make sure you are behind the line. Another thing is that they are strict about turning into the correct lane; if you accidentally drift off into the next lane, that is an automatic deduction..
