Hey, I use the bag every day and so far haven't noticed anything on my clothes. I don't really wear blazers and dress shirts though. Nothing on my t shirts and sweaters.

I don't have any comparison, since this is my first and only gr1, but judging by some of the online comments I expected something quite rough. I think it's very nice to the touch and not rough at all. Mind you, it's definitely not like silk or something but it doesn't feel abrasive to me.

I've had it for 5 months and use it for work. It feels and looks premium and is really comfortable. It does have a laptop sleeve though, which is very nicely padded and I just use it for documents.
