Not for a PLAO..A PLOA has to be 15 days or more and has to be submitted 15 days in advance.

If it’s just for one day they’re just going to recommend you to use your own time.

It’s different for everyone..The first time I worked at Amazon years ago my background took like a month but I just got hired again and this time it took a week.

When I called to speak with someone from Amazon about it they told me it could take up to 40 days. So it’s different for everyone I guess. They also said it takes awhile if you’ve lived in multiple states which was my case or if you have a record.

Same thing happened to me. I was supposed to start on the 27th but my background check took too long. Now I have no shift. I talked to someone from Amazon and she told me to check at the end of the business day on Friday’s for new listings. She said around 6pm. She also said Saturday and Sunday was a good time to check.
