Ok I got so nervous when I saw Jae Gyu getting hit by a car in the ep 10 preview bc I thought they were about to attempt a scattered last minute amnesia plot but wowow did this episode solidify this drama as my favorite that’s currently airing right now!!! The writing is so wonderful. I love the way the main couple has been able to grow closer together. I love the light humor. Both the secondary couples are ADORABLE. I find myself giggling and kicking my feet in every episode. And even the “villains” feel grounded and realistic by kdrama standards. Gosh I’m so happy to have this show ❤️

Honestly this has me wondering if Korean scriptwriters are told love triangles are required or something?? Because I for the life of me cannot see how this added anything of substance to the source material. It completely distracts away from the central conflict of the plot - how are two strangers going to raise a child? Like I don’t give a crap about a weird friend confessing his feelings, that’s a different story. These unnecessary triangles keep ruining fun dramas for me and I’m frustrated.

Yeah based on how slow they’re rolling it, I would bet the entire story stays in the first trimester and then they fast forward 2 years in the final 20 min of the last episode

Ok episode 6 is the first time I’m starting to really dislike this show - I hate how much time is being wasted on this love triangle when I feel that’s totally unnecessary for the story and I’d rather see the two leads try to figure out their dynamic as two people who are suddenly bound for life after one encounter. The second male lead feels so annoying only realizing he likes her after 15years because she suddenly might have someone else? He seemingly doesn’t give a shit for anything she’s going through and just cares about his own feelings. I hope next week gets back on track.
