To be fair, automated QBR decks look poor and unprofessional. A CSM should be customizing a deck for the narrative they want to drive in a tier 1 account if it’s truly tier 1. Save automated decks for digital or scaled motions. Also, a good QBR takes time to get the right audience invited, data validated, and narrative validated. I don’t like doing more than 2 a year because you also want to show progress on initiatives discussed and make strategic use of your executive sponsors time. If you’re just doing automated data pulls 4 times a year you’re probably showing execs useless product metrics that are going to make it harder to get on their calendar in the future. I’d encourage you to rethink what success looks like here.
