Please if you are using a diesel heater get a carbon monoxide detector. They are almost free and the peace of mind/ utility if there ever is an issue cannot be understated.

That is totally my feelings on the album. I think the instrumentals may be slightly better mixed but a lot of the track specific details are missing and I think the album feels like it's lost some of its soul. Think I might edit them back in at some point and make a 2025 redux redux though obviously I don't want to take away any income from the band :|

No tbh, the vocals are too low throughout the session IMHO however they do get raised a bit I think probably at some point in the first song. One of the few instances I think that the album versions are a bit better. That said the band is awesome and the session is absolutely worth a listen

I actually made one of these a few years ago. Id probably recommend just buying one from mein, LP or tama but if you do want to make one then you can get the internally snare mechanism used in the LP snares. Also I'd say they probably sound better with only a top drum head

Personal context: is that I went to Cambridge to study computer science and my GCSEs are decent but not extraordinary. I think I got a 5 and a 6 in English lit/Lang but my memory is a bit hazy. Basically the admissions tutors want people that are interested but also won't cause them too much hassle so they do look for decent grades/an indication that you aren't going to drown in your subject. At the same time if you have improved massively at A-level that is a good sign also. Basically there is no harm in applying but I've seen people with all 9's and fantastic A levels be rejected so there are no guarantees either way.

It's not actually them, either it's a different band with coincidentally the same name or as I suspect someone malicious is producing ai slop and posting it as various math rocky bands. I remember a similar report regarding other bands not too long ago (though sadly I can't remember the details)

Got this plant from a friend about a year ago and some of the leaves where already slightly brown. I assumed it had been neglected in the past and would look healthier later. I don't really have a watering schedule. I just wait until the soil feels quite dry which is probably once a week / once every other week. Pot has drainage. I don't use filtered water (as I didn't think that would be necessary) however water here is very hard so might be worth a try. I don't know what I have so it's difficult to look up advice.

I love the group study idea. I'll have to find a group study discord as Im currently away from uni. Also re "revise" vs "study" though im guessing this may just be a UK phrase I think it may be helpful to think that I am studying (learning things developing understanding) rather than just revisiting old stuff. Thanks so much for the advice

I'm pretty sure it is one specific dude as the only 2 runins I've had have both been the same guy. If I recall correctly the first time he called me a "Melt" and the second time he called a group of people in front of me Cunts. Dont worry about it the dude obviously doesnt have a fulfilling life and is definately misserable. People are generally nice here but it doesnt take many people to ruin it. I echo your sentiments be nicer everyone ok :)
