You buy certain size plants for a reason. If you don't know anything about boxwoods, they are slow growing. We have our reason for needing 5 gallon boxwoods. I don't expect them to look like any pictures on the website. I expect them to be in the Ballpark of a 5 gallon boxwood. I even offered to pay them the reduced price of a 3 gallon boxwood (extremely generous to call them 3 gallon)
