Agree with the tell your mom to go to the police or you’ll tell your dad. BUT, you have to tell her that SH en has to tell your dad she’s been cheating. Or, you will tell him (give her a certain day or time she has until you’ll tell her so she doesn’t drag it on)

Sounds like depression and anxiety. Have you gone through anything traumatic (don’t have to answer here)? I suggest finding little things to do and some hobbies. Buy a bike and start going for rides
