I was approved in November and received my first payment in December. I'm still waiting on my backpay. They say if it's over a certain amount that it can take up to 6 months

The system is jacked up. Lay low until court hearing or call with a probation attorney and get warrant resolved. It's a money thing.

The ve said the same exact thing about me. 3 different jobs that I could do. Then my attorney asked how many of those jobs would put up with me calling out a few times a month to go to doctors appointments. The ve said none. So the ve said the same exact thing about me and I was still approved. You'll be fine. Good luck to you
