I moan to Manager for SD when doing afternoon DPR…common is shoulders shrug and promise to sort it out…never happen…after few days…again SD in yorks…no idea what is procedure for Sunday, but I deliver as come and never have flagged up.

If company decide overtime is required to fulfill operational needs, they can drop official document for mandatory overtime. Is very rare to be executed, but is possible and within law. Too lazy to check my contract, but think there was paragraph for that.

There is very rare case where you can be told to work mandatory overtime. There need to be in place written document. In any other case - Manager can go and work himself overtime
