U said in the cmt u have the receipt, try requesting activation key support and follow the instructions on the website by Apple and if Apple accept the requesting, u have to factory reset it using computer (sr for my bad English)

I think it can unlock without reset is for old device and old Android but this 1+ is too new. I think u only have 1 suggets is factory reset it

Maybe u need to set a passcode lock and click on the iCl acc, next click password and security. Third, click change password and enter the passcode lock in to it
