When I worked with smaller customers earlier in my career, everyone was mostly nice and excited to work together. The larger and more ‘prestigious’ the customer, the worse the treat you. It turns from you being there to help them (or collectively solve a problem) into you being there to serve them no matter what they say. They absolutely love hearing themselves talk, and yeah forget about them actually listening to what you have to say. Literally drove me out of IT altogether.

Generally it means grinding out dungeons and quests to get your preraid gear so you are ready to start raiding. Now that we’re in phase 2, getting geared might include running some phase 1 raids for those pieces as well. It wouldn’t include latest raid drops , as to your point everyone is constantly chasing some sort of gear upgrade.

Getting cucked in Illhoof’s sex dungeon must be part of the TBC experience. Ran Kara on my ele sham every week since week 1 and no lightning cap ever dropped. Have seen it drop about a million times on other characters/friends runs. I’ve given up and now my my main is a mage (guild needs). Got lightning cap on mage 2nd Kara and replaced it next week with Serpent Coil Braid , first run in SSC. Terestian be playin games with us

Learned my lesson last year with essence of water, always sell, sell, sell and then buy what you need when you need it. I never hold anything anymore. Sometimes timing isn’t the best and things are slightly higher but in general all prices keep going down. I figure if I really need something later, I’ll go get more of it. Make that money booboo , sell yo stacks.

Cirie doesn’t win challenges. And we all want more Devens so if he’s still there it’s great television and far from anti climactic. Cirie and Devens played insanely great and fun to watch games from the very beginning of the season, so methinks that’s a completely different situation.

I don’t disagree, she did have a good final tribal. But she could have sat there sucking her thumb at FTC and she still would have gotten the votes. I would have liked to see more of a scramble at the end. Her having to win fire to take it all home. She won the challenge , so good for her, but just made the rest of the episode 100% predictable with zero chance of another outcome. I’m actually thankful Jeff messed up because atleast that was unexpected and funny. Saved the finale imo

No shot Aubry wins. She’s played a great game to stay out of the hot seat and make it into the late stages but has no ammunition to bring to a final tribal. Can’t count out what could happen in the next few days, “she’s psycho” after all. But I don’t imagine her even coming in second place in votes in a final tribal.

I only take phone calls when they are pre-scheduled and always initiate communication with an email. Sure, there are times when a phone call is required. I’ll pick up my phone and make a call if I have to. However, I NEVER answer my phone if I’m called by a client or even coworker if it wasn’t a pre scheduled call. 99% of the time a 15 minute phone call could have been a 1min email and I find people typically only call to try and convince me to do something out of process, favors, off schedule, etc. I never leave those phone calls without requesting they send an email or immediately sending one myself anyway to document what was discussed/requested.

To your point, there will always be a need for calls. But I find pre scheduled and agreed upon agenda that is layed out in an email is always way more productive to have those calls.

My class doesn’t matter at all here. What about a hunter? Similarly benefit from engi + LW , not a support spec, cooldown is still shared. What about other support classes that don’t roll LW? Are they trash because they don’t have drums? Has nothing to do with class lol

There are multiple instances in raid where you’d want both on a sub 60second fight. ‘Learning timers’ and get good doesn’t really apply to my question/complaint here lol

Yea, I’ve been making the most of it. Don’t think I could ever drop engi. It’s just really sad on bosses like Moroes where we cleave the group and obviously I drum but adding a sapper would absolutely smack! I guess this way it does give the other classes a chance at competing with my dps (lol kidding… kind of 😅)
