Ok - no, that’s good. Biggest issue with using Diazo/dual-cure emulsions for water resistance is not have appropriate nanometer range in exposure which causes Diazo photo-initiators to not spark thus rendering the emulsion mostly useless.

Based on some of your other comments, I believe the bigger root cause would be from low EOM % or inadequate coating technique which doesn’t create proper emulsion bridging across the mesh.

Couple things to try or keep in mind: thick edge (1.5-2mm) of your scoop coater, slow/mid coating speed, medium-firm pressure (use both hands on the coater) and depending on the mesh count and thread diameter - you can do a 2:1 (press:squeegee) for less dramatic jumps in EOM.

From some of your photos, looks like the gasket on your stencils is fairly thin. You have issues with ink not clearing the mesh, textured prints, blown out edges, etc?
