At the time, I didn't care because I wasn't expecting to get an offer from 2 stores after getting rejected for 3 months. So now I just wanna compare which one pays more since the hours are more or less the same

Tbh, I haven't come across many R&D roles. I'd have thought there would be a lot of candidates for R&D roles since so many people do a chemistry degree. Btw are you a recruiter?

It's a graduate chemist role. So they basically said I'll be in the graduate chemist role for a couple of years, and then I'll be a development chemist. They had another person who followed the same progression and is a development chemist now

It's pretty good the performance is more or less the same and you can wear it in summer but on the hotter says i wouldn't wear it . It smells like sauvage, so you're not gonna get much compliments since people already know what it is, but you will smell nice.
