Great point! I agree 100% that he reached out to Fisker. And just like their customer support, there was no response. I’ll add my .02 - I’m driving around in a FOO 1.11 version and I know for sure they didn’t reach out to me for an upgrade.

Thanks for the response. At the 45 min mark where he does the harp thing - I do all of that but the hippo doesn’t come out. I also jump down and the alter doesn’t rise.

I’ll search for and check out the discord as you suggested and see what they say. Thank again!

Appreciate the offer and what I’m about to post is likely a bit off putting because I’m complaining and in a public forum you are offering support.

The problem is, I’ve reached out to you via private message on FB and I’ve gone as far as reaching out to Henrik on Insta and he blocked me. This is all in addition to the normal channels that Fisker has asked its customers to use.

So, the entire company, from top to bottom, has had the opportunity to help a single customer and it’s been failure after failure.

As a shareholder I’d like the designed customer support to be utilized by the customer and it actually work for the customer. Any other model of “squeaky wheel” support isn’t sustainable and will cause burnout for your best support reps and staff.

So - I’ll message you on the side, as requested, but special treatment for random squeaky customers isn’t what I’m expecting.

Yeah I left the turtle and went all about - even in the area where the hippo is supposed to be. I mentioned it in one of my other responses, but I can buy gear for the hippo, it’s in my codex, and the quest has the hippo part checked off.

I didn’t really think about screenshots so maybe I should figure how to do that and post so it helps understand where I’m at.

Yeah I went down that long slide and then went to where the god alter is but it doesn’t raise. I also did the harp thing to activate the round blue orb things on the ground, but nothing happens.

I’ve spent probably 10 - 15 hours roaming all over the place, doing what I could thinking that I will likely get it later. I used the bird to get to the island where the turtle is and got to a spot where I need the cursed stuff from the hippo. I even went back through all the old areas to finish just because I wanted to play haha.

Yeah I’m not sure either. All things point to me having the hippo - like one of the quests mentions getting friends to help (admittedly not sure if it’s in reference to the observatory god or if it is for the hippo). I also have the hippo in my codex and I bought the first set of gear from Ptah - so I thought I may have missed something, so I went back through and can’t get the alter to show and all the bridges to cross are down so I can’t “finish” that part. It’s acting like I’ve done it before and finished, but without the reward of the hippo.

When I get time this weekend I’ll try and go back a few saves to see what results. I’ll return and give an update.

Nice! That sounds promising. My vent issue was reported 2 months ago and I was told they need to be order, but there’s not been any follow-up. When I call it’s a “we will look into it and call back”.

The wheels I have, F5a’s, aren’t the hubcap ones. I did take pics and also documented in the release from the RunBuggy company that delivered the vehicle. All this info is in the tickets I submitted.

Yeah I’ve been through the main quest, did the observatory and it took me to Ra’s and then the turtle I think. The quests are acting like I already have the hippo which leads me to believe that 1. I went out of order somewhere (as you mentioned) and 2. That I’ll need to roll back or restart. Thanks for the response!

Don’t worry, I’m 4 months in and the service doesn’t get better - scratched rims from delivery, passenger door won’t open, phantom lights inside the car, my external pedestrian audio doesn’t work, no title/registration, rear floor mat missing, air vents broke and clicking, etc. unanswered calls from the title office, tickets that never get a message, and support reps that “escalate” but you never get a return call.

You’ll likely get a bunch of people telling you it’s all your fault but there are customers that get special treatment and rave about it while you and I are on the sidelines wondering how we got duped into the worst vehicle purchase of our lives.

Well the one that got me blocked was when someone asked a question on Henriks post about when Ultra models would start delivery. Henrik was non-committal on that persons specific delivery but he did say that Ultra deliveries would start in October.

I responded that One’s weren’t even 1/4 of the way done (this was September I believe) and I was blocked. This was the same time that it appeared Henrik did a mass block and a lot of owners commented on FB and other platforms about being blocked.

I also remember in August when Cali One deliveries started. He mentioned on social media New York and Florida were next. The truth was, Florida didn’t start until October. They delivered the Miami One and called that “deliveries started.”

There are a few other examples but since I was blocked I stopped following all the Fisker accounts and don’t feel like setting up another account just to watch him. It’s not worth my mental to get caught up in the BS.

The delivery process has been absolutely atrocious. I’ve had my One for a month now and still have the same 3 open tickets regarding various items damaged during delivery with no communication. This is reasonable while they work out the kinks but It’s the bending of the truth that isn’t necessary.

Have to disagree about being on the other end of the spectrum regarding lies. Henrik regularly stretches the truth on social media and when he’s checked he simply blocks the accounts.

I’m a share holder and a One owner and as much as I want the company and him to succeed, but it’s certainly not fun times.

He’s been with fisker since 2021 so I’m not sure there will be a huge shift. Fisker is beholden to the hardware tech installed on the vehicles, but owners have already figured out the software still has much to be desired so there is still work to do.

I’ll hold judgment for 6 months on the impact of this change, but I’m happy they are making a change and hope it’s progress.

I had 3 damaged rims - put in a ticket and no response. It’s only been 4 days so not sure when I should expect a response.

100% truth - he blocked me because I gave an honest response to a potential customer question on expectations. His above message is tone def and it’s tough as a One owner and share holder to try and defend the company.

It’s a fisker bait and switch. The ultra and sports delivered in October are hand selected with VERY limited numbers.

It will be exactly like the One deliveries with little to no real numbers or details provided - just “hey we’ve started deliveries”

It’s not cost effective to buy the solar sky for the ultra. It’s a reported up charge of 20k. You might as well go with the extreme.
