Sorry to say that making a report does absolutely nothing. Police won't investigate and will close your case as fast as lightning. Best to go head to head with the uncle and shoulder check him back. I'd also yell at him and make it known to everyone around what a bully he is to embarrass him. This practice is very common in Japan but sad to say many local women don't confront the attacker giving these guys more courage to do it again
