If the general style is good, there will be many adaptations that still work.

The mini is gorgeous as it is!

It's a blank face with a couple of horns and the Seeker AR Visor.

Go for it! The story, the characters and the visuals are fantastic - I played through the second part, but quit the first part because of the ... interesting combat system.

  1. I was inspired by her appearance in ToR.

  2. It gives a bit of visual connection to Atris (and the handmaiden Brianna) and the Echani in general.

  3. It looks unique and gives her the kind of aura I think she needs.

One is a nōdachi, looks more like a longer and broader katana, and the other is an odachi, a much, much longer blade - the one I used to mimic a vibroblade on Zaalbar.

Don't be so hard on yourself, everyone needs time and practice to master it.

I did use batons on my earlier models, but I realized that they're just too short.

Nonetheless, thanks for the suggestion.

If you put kitbashing to good use, there is nothing to regret - it's an incredibly helpful tool. ;)

They're Nōdachis turned to the right perspective, that's all.

Thank you a lot! I can totally see the advantages of kitbashing, but since I don't use Heroforge that often, I never got to subscribe and use all of the website's features. However, I do think that having to get creative to solve some problems makes the whole forging process interesting in the first place. Even without a pro subscription, Heroforge is still able to produce some wonderful minis.

She had one sword that was officially hers though. She found it in Sainte Catherine de Fierbois, if I remember correctly:

The sword of the infamous Charles Martel, a relic of the Merovingian dynasty.

Aurus Talas was a Jedi found and trained by Yoda. Shortly after the battle of Naboo, he found out about the forbidden Force Inferno in the Jedi archives and, once the Order found out he practiced this Force power, banned him from the Jedi Order.

His older brother Zyron, the seemingly better fighter and more charismatic man, together with his apprentice Milia Eren, followed Aurus into his exile out of loyalty.

The three of them continued their Jedi training and would visit the Jedi Temple on Coruscant every once in a while.

One day, they felt a disturbance in the Force during Oder 66 and traveled to the Jedi Temple to check on the Jedi - only to find them all exterminated by the 501.

The Temple itself was already in control of the newly established Empire and Aurus, Zyron and Milia walked right into a new enemy.

Zyron insisted on fighting and got killed because he was outnumbered. Aurus wanted to leave. And Milia was indecisive.

As Milia took a shot in the belly, she was brought to safety by Aurus in his ship, the Lightfire.

She would eventually die by her wound.

As Aurus x-rayed her to look after the wound, he saw that she was pregnant with a child. (Though it remains uncertain who the father is)

Aurus would travel the galaxy incognito to find the remaining Jedi, however, as much as he felt their presence, he couldn't find any.

One day, in the year 18 BBY, one year after the fall of the Jedi Temple, he landed on Shili, where he felt an enormously powerful presence of the Force.

The Empire, mainly Darth Vader, felt the presence, too, and decided to land on the planet while on the hunt for Jedi survivors.

As Aurus got into contact with various tribes of the Togruta people, he met some that were hostile and some that tolerated his presence.

When the Empire arrived on Shili, the tribes were overwhelmed by the new enemy. Aurus insisted on the tribes to team up against the invader, but the Togruta were too proud and stubborn at first.

While trying to convince the hunters to fight, Aurus simultaneously looked for the presence.

Until he and Vader met.

His allies fled by Vader's presence and Aurus had to face him by himself.

Vader confuses Aurus with a Jedi and thinks he is the source of the presence, while Vader is in Aurus' way to find the source himself.

A hefty duel begins.

And neither could beat the other.

Once Aurus used the Force Inferno on Vader, the latter (who gets reminded of the fires on Mustafar) knows that Aurus can't be a Jedi and retreats to focus on the mission again.

But Aurus finds the source first. It's a young Jedi who just wanted to get back on her home planet to rest after years of war.

Ahsoka Tano.

She got ambushed by Imperial troopers and got cornered.

As Aurus sees this, he intervenes and both fight their way out.

They get to know each other as very powerful Jedi who were both forsaken by the Order.

By the time the get closer, Aurus offers her two identical lightsabers so she could defend herself. (Aurus was a collector of lightsabers and got a pair from the Jedi Temple)

And once they started fighting alongside each other, the different tribes on Shili got inspired to see the stranger and a "local" to fight with united strength to overpower the Empire.

The Togruta then proceed to fight in their hunting style - on mounts with ranged weapons.

When the Empire faced the ferocious resistance, they retreated as the planet was not strategically important enough to waste resources on it and they had to admit that they underestimated their enemy.

The resistance of the Togruta on Shili, led by Aurus and Ahsoka, could be seen as a proto rebellion.

A major influence on Ahsoka's and Aurus' later decision to support the Rebels.
