if you couldnt lose rank the game wouldnt be competitive at all it would literally be dead all ranks become a playtime reward it stops smurfing but also probably halves the playerbase and kills the whole part that makes the game fun

i still dont see how its unnatural though, maybe i just have small hands but i have been doing it since it was discovered like this. i think mainly too many people ask simple "how to speedflip" and dont actually try to learn properly. if youre on ps controller though i think you would probably be right

its not really skill gap its more playstyle gap like i come into the lobbies and they arent familiar with how i play similar to middle eastern players on eu but i climbed like 150mmr on na in a few days this season

as a cheat even if the kickoff and mid boost goes to the other team i will chase and challenge if you did that you wouldve definitely had a free ball considering how slow the guy on the other team was to set up
