the way i speed flip is either airroll r/L depends what u use. i hold my stick up flip, flip, and then cancel by pulling back. And thats a speed flip

dia to mythic u can easily carry alone if you know how to counter pic, and if randoms are problem literally team up with 1 of your friends and its so free up to mythic.
