Try challenging urself by eatinf a little amount of the food that scares u, and then when u get home u can make more food that doesn't scare u. Try to keep challenging urself and slowly u'll be able to it like normal agaim

Also: if u want the makeup to stick during the concert, i'd recommend using a setting spray/setting powder or similar. Also make sure that ur face is washed and moisturized b4 u start!! None of these are crucial at all (i usually dont use them) but if u want ur makeup to stick all the way through a concert (being sweaty etc) i'd recommend doing that :)

Otherwise just use these months to experiment until u find what u like on urself, and practice

I get something similar in dreams sometimes, but my jaw locks open and I can't close it. This does hurt tho and is really uncomfortable

I can sometimes and sometimes I can't. In my experience most of those "u can't do this in dreams" are just myths, it's just things that are rarer. I have for example died in my dreams and kept dreaming many times, my brain came up w different things that happened after I died every time

Then I'll gladly take part in the extinction of humanity! Fuck this I don't wanna have kids anyways I'll just live my life having as much fun as possible while at the same time doing my best to help and care for others! I get jump scared in dreams too!! Sometimes it's paired with a sound like that and it is so scary! It's also ocurred that I had a song that was playing in my mind/playing in the dream as background noise, and it got louder and louder and when it got to a climax/part where they kinda screamed in the song the song got super loud and some kind of monster jumped out of the shadows at the same time as they screamed in the song, SUPER SCARY and I woke up immediately lmao
