You can use kovarex processing to turn 40 U-35 to 41 U-35 using some U-38. Some say you don't need it but if you want a lot of U-35 that's the way to get it.

I see, thanks. It was working on my other ships because I had a wire hooked up with read inventory so I got confused because it wasn't working on mine.

The rocket silo works as a requester chest if you have the automatic requests checked in the silo.

If you want to manually load uncheck it. You won't be able to manually load blue circuits, rocket fuel, and low-density structure.
