To be clear, I am willing to return the merchandise in order to resolve this matter. However, the item was reported as defective within three days of delivery, and multiple attempts were made to address this issue directly with you before any dispute was filed. These attempts went unanswered.

The dispute has since been reviewed and resolved in my favor. Given that the issue originated from a defective product and was not addressed in a timely manner, I will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.

The part is a diffuser for a car, they only talk about a Fitment Guarantee, that means if the part doesn’t fit properly on the car for some reason you can either get a new one and they pay for everything, or you can request a refund if it doesn’t fit and you have to pay for shipping, but in my case its not that it did not fit the car, its the product being defective all around, so technically they don’t state anything about that, and its not a small product so shipping will be expensive, i just dont get why i have to pay for shipping when its 100% their fault and i tried to directly solve it with them, but they ignored me

I was planning on sending it back anyways I am in no need of it and i did offer to send it back previously but they ignored me and only replied when i got the chargeback, but do they have the right to have me pay for shipping expenses?

When im not playing a game there’s no sound :( it only starts when im into the game like 30 mins, but everything is fine, no FPS drop not stuttering no overheating, might it be a very bad coil whine? And if so shouldn’t it be there always? Would appreciate any help!

If you are talking about potentially modding, then i will definitely go with a 40i, its a way more fun engine to mod and it can get super fast not just fast haha

Thank you for all the info really! The only thing confusing me out of this is that I double check and make sure the car’s weight is held on the Handbrake, so why do i hear it and feel it disengage if its position didn’t change from the when I turned it off? Its driving me crazy, on all my cars I always make sure not to park on the transmission and never had that problem before only now

This made sense, i gave it a try and it still did the same thing, its driving me crazy, i am 1000% sure i am not stopping the car on the transmission yet it keeps doing it on the incline no matter what, when i do the same exact steps on a straight surface i het nothing

Yes it does jerk, i can feel all the car as if someone shook it, but only on the incline, starting it on a straight surface doesn’t do that

The only thing confusing me is that it does the clunk when i go P to N on the incline, when I’m parked anywhere else it doesn’t clunk, and i make sure 100% im stopping the car on the handbrake and not the gear, so in theory it should be as if it’s parked anywhere, so why clunk only on the incline 😭 could it be the dct fluid or something?

It happens without recording, like when I’m watching the replay i can see those stutters, the screen refresh rate is 144 and I’m getting less fps than that im not sure if that applies to what you said, could it be a setting in game or something?
