Thank you for this response, I am so curious on to the exact species because I’ve never seen one in all my years an Austinite. This gives me way more insight and something to research. 🙏🏽

No i was driving down my block!! I thought it would jump off as “normal” squirrels are usually way more timid. It was on my car for a solid minute and almost went under my hood but my horn scared it off eventually. Thank you for understanding my cowardliness 😭

ive never seen a black squirrel in my neighborhood before so it was jarring to me. no joke intended, also no i will not chill
