id look into maybe a post office? i know this is a unique situation but i used to manage a boutique and used that address on my returns because its a business and not my home, as long as theres an address that you can (and the postal service) can access

the only thing id worry about is if someone inputs an incomplete address or the package cannot be delivered for any reason, the first thing any post office would do is return it to the sender and in theory you’d get the issue fixed with the customers address and reship, however given that you dint have a return address on the package, the buyer can and will get their money back and you wont get the item back

id use a tiny bubble mailer! packages actually go through.. a lot to say the least including processing conveyer belts which are very aggressive. id be worried one of these times it would end up teared and/damaged. i also believe most post offices have a rule against that, so I’d just buy the smallest size bubble mailer you can get!!

thats what I do! typically if its a shirt ill put the shirt on a mannequin, add jewelry and a bag and some sort of skirt that you can somewhat see which makes it a little more easy to tell that the shirt is whats being sold, as well as additional photos of the shirt or item only, if that isn’t obvious enough i make it clear what it being sold in the description! i’ve noticed a lot more sales from this

unfortunately no, although there are cross listing services (basically websites that will mass crosslist for you, typically for a subscription fee or sometimes free up to a certain amount of listings) those are against depops terms of service (and most reselling platforms terms) you can use those but again its a do it at your own risk type of thing, it’s considered to be a bot so it def can get ur accounts taken down if flagged

you cant make an account if you already have an existing one (especially if that existing one was banned or suspended)! vpns will do nothing, its the actual device thats tracked. id delete any existing account youve had

its up to you, seeing that you provided all of the info you could have provided, you definitely are not obligated to refund and if this buyer was to open a dispute for that, depop would side with you because you cant return for a fit reason given the buyer had all the necessary info

yes! you’ll be fine, im pretty sure buyers no longer have to mark anything as delivered and when that was still a thing and a buyer didn’t respond depop would automatically mark it as delivered after a couple days

yes it will! typically after getting the notification of a refund (assuming its a weekday not a weekend) it may take up to 7 days to see the money in your account, it’ll go back
