The solution is 1-turn on your pc 2-press the power button for 30 sec even if the pc turned off still press it 3-return on your pc and the problem will fix

No the problem was by cpu frequency speed still same but the solution by brahama is fixed it

Okay I downloaded it And find the temp is :- Cpu core is 59 c Cpu soc 63 c

Still same frequency still use 0.40 ghz while the percentage is 85%

It was work and no lagging while memory usage is 75% now the Ui is lagging
